Security and privacy
Your patients trust you with their health and their faces. Aftiva is built so each person in your team sees only what their job needs, and clinical records can't be quietly changed.
Each person sees what their job needs
Access is enforced in the database itself, not just hidden on screen.
The owner
Every diary, patient, record, message and setting across every clinic.
Practitioners
Their own diary and their own patients' notes, photos and forms. They can find and book any patient, but other clinicians' records stay closed.
Reception
Every diary and the inbox. Never clinical notes, forms or photos.
How your records are protected
Notes that can't be rewritten
Signed notes lock. Any change is added as an amendment showing who made it and when.
Photos kept privately
Clinical photos are stored privately, seen only by clinicians, and never sent to the patient's phone.
Complications kept straight
A complication record locks when it's closed, with every follow-up kept in order.
Card details never touch Aftiva
Payments are taken by Stripe. Aftiva never sees or stores card numbers.
Encrypted
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Patients see only what's theirs
Patients see their bookings, forms, aftercare and plans. Never clinical notes or photos.
Your data stays yours
Your patients' records belong to your clinic. If you ever leave, there's no notice and no fee, and you take your data with you.
- The AI drafts; a person checks and decides
- The AI receptionist never gives medical advice
- Worried patients always reach a person
