Made in North Wales, inside a working clinic
Aftiva began with a simple problem: the booking apps aesthetics clinics use were built for hair salons, and the clinical side was an afterthought. So we built one the other way round.
Every screen was shaped with a nurse prescriber who uses it with her own patients.
Aftiva is made by Courtmark Ltd in Caernarfon. Our first clinic is Renovo Aesthetics in Colwyn Bay and Y Felinheli, run by Nayema Williams, an independent nurse prescriber.
Renovo moved from Timely to Aftiva in October 2026. What Nayema and her team ask for on a Tuesday is often in the app by Wednesday: half-hour times in the diary, busy time with one tap, tidier treatment lists, tighter access for the team.
That's how we intend to keep building: with clinics, for clinics, one real request at a time.
