Where's the catch? There isn't one. We earn a small slice of each payment. Messages over your allowance cost a few pence each, and the AI receptionist has a fair-use limit of 1,000 answers a month. That is the whole small print.

Questions
Is there really no monthly fee?
None on the Aftiva plan. We take 0.89% (then 1%) of payments that go through Aftiva. If you take nothing, you pay nothing.
What about Stripe's fees?
Stripe processes the cards, at about 1.5% + 20p for UK cards. You pay that, as you would with any card machine, and it's often less than you pay now.
Does the AI make clinical decisions?
No. It drafts: notes, face map plans and everyday replies. You check and decide. Prescription-only treatment always needs a prescriber, and worried patients always reach a person.
Who can see clinical notes and photos?
The owner, and the clinicians who treat that patient. Reception sees the diary and messages, never notes, forms or photos. Patients never see clinical records or their photos.
I'm tied into my card machine.
Start on Deposits only. Online deposits come through Aftiva, everything else stays as it is. When your contract ends, switch plans and we'll send the reader.
Can I bring my patients across?
Yes. We import your patients and future bookings from Timely, Fresha, Pabau or a spreadsheet, and help you move your consent forms.
Can I use my own consent forms?
Yes. We set yours up, and you can change the wording yourself at any time. Every version is kept with what each patient signed.
What if I leave?
No notice, no fee. You take your data with you. If you leave in the first year with a free reader, you return it or pay £149.
